My hands are a wreck.
After Mondays hand wrecking triplet we had another one tonight.
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 - Reps of
- Knee to Elbow
- Box Jumps
- 50kg Push press
Going down in reps is one thing. Each round seems to get easier but going up is a different story. My hands were basically one big open sore on each hand but when I got there one of the coaches threw me a roll of Elastoplast and told me to tape up and shut up…
Humm ok then.
I was in agony on the pull up bar as each knee raise seemed to twist my hands into the bar and open up the sores even more. The push press was ok but trying to rest the bar on open palms and not grip was so tiring.
I’m not a happy bunny right now.
Now I’m going to apply a liberal amount of this.
