I can feel it.
After 2-3 weeks of feeling like crap (tired, constantly… getting home after work and falling asleep on my couch for several hours and then not being able to sleep at night) I went to CrossFit today and have never felt better.
I was breathing out of my arse after tonights WOD - it was seriously one of the hardest things I have done.
- 6x4 Deadlifts @ 85% 1 Round Max - 110KG (242lb)
10 Minute AMRAP
- 10 Burpees
- 60m Sprints
Total - 8 Rounds.
My word it was hard.
Also just for the record I showed Chris my design for a pair of customised Reebok Nanos 2.0 that I was going to order
And then I see Chris’ design on tumblr….
Seriously - Dude just wants to be me!
