I can feel it.
After 2-3 weeks of feeling like crap (tired, constantly… getting home after work and falling asleep on my couch for several hours and then not being able to sleep at night) I went to CrossFit today and have never felt better.

OK OK… jesh… what a baby! I take it back…. just stop crying about it. So my original design might have been a little crazy. But still Union Flag Nano’s!!!
